Security staff employed by us comprises of ex-armed forces personnel and are fully trained. However a short training course of three weeks is mandatory for all applicants which includes Introduction to Latest security techniques, Awareness of commonly used criminal techniques, Guard duties & responsibilities, Maintenance of post logs, Psychological warfare and Use of weapons, metal detectors, fire fighting equipment, explosive detectors (to select group only) and communication equipment.

Lectures on motivation and public dealing are also delivered to them. Firing practice is carried out at the areas designated by the District Administration. After successfully completing the training course, the security personnel acquire on-job-training with special emphasis on client requirements. Staff is comprehensively briefed about client’s own security plan, if any along with actual and live drills.
