SSG operation rooms work round the clock 365 days with ample telephone lines and is in constant touch with security staff operating at client’s premises, vigilance/mobile patrols, vigilance officers, guard force commanders through telephones and our dedicated wireless communication network for monitoring purposes.
This network enables our operation rooms to immediately cater for the requirements of clients in respect of any deficiencies and also helps in provision of back-up support in case of emergencies. This network also facilitates us to immediately acquire other emergency support from Police, Fire Brigade, Bomb Disposal Squad and Ambulance Services.
